Shipping Options and Tracking

Our international orders are delivered by DHL, DTDC or equivalent courier services. You can track the progress of your order from the time you place the order till you receive it to your shipping address. You receive the emails for every processing stage of your order.

Following are processing stages:
1. Order Received.
2. Art Work in Progress.
3. Stitching in Progress.
4. Verification and Quality Assurance.
5. Order Packaged and Shipped (Here you will be receiving shipment tracking number).

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Once we receive your measurement confirmation, we will let you know the estimated shipping date. You can always ask us if you need your order to be shipped on or before any particular date. If it's not possible for us to ship the order within the specified time, we will refund your entire money on the same day. International shipping takes around 4-6 business days, but shipping time depends on many factors and we can not guarantee it. Shipping in India takes around 1-2 business days.
