You must agree to our Terms of Service before you register for the account and before you order anything from S2 Fashion House Pvt. Ltd. (Referred as "S2" or "We").
- Your information

You need to provide S2 with accurate information on your order form including a valid shipping address, e-mail address and telephone number. If your order information is not adequate and/or if any questions arise, S2 will try to contact you by email and/or telephone. If S2 is unable to reach you, your order will be shipped "as is".
While your order is in process, you need to add sales@S2Fashions.com to your address book, in case you are using web-based free email service, to ensure that emails from S2 do not go to junk email folder. In general, customer is responsible to make sure he/she can receive emails from S2, so that S2 can communicate to you regarding your order, whenever necessary.
- Product Prices and Offers

All the prices displayed on website are in US dollars. We make sure the prices displayed on the website are correct. If an error is found in the pricing or in any offer we reserve the right to make appropriate changes without any prior notice. Certain types of customization may subject to different pricing or extra charges.
- Shipment

We reserve to change the shipping cost any time without prior notice.

We will choose any shipping company that is feasible at the time. If a customer requests for a particular shipping company, we may charge extra shipping cost from the customer. In such cases, a valid receipt for the shipping charges will be scanned and e-mailed to the customer.

If the products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company the customer chooses, S2 can not be held liable. If the products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company chosen by S2, then S2 reserves the right of resending the order or refunding the entire amount paid by the customer.

If customer does not claim the shipment for whatever reason, S2 shall not be held responsible for it.
- Custom Duty

Customer must abide by the laws of his/her country. S2 do not pay for the custom duties or any other charges. In case there are any customs duties incurred by the shipment, the customer is bound to pay them. Please note that we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
- Exchange and Returns

We check all the products strictly for Quality before it is shipped. In spite of this, if you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is not made as per the specifications aggreed upon, you can return the product and ask for an exchange.

In case you are not satisfied with the product, we reserve the right to deny any returns as the products are specially made to your size.
- Personal Measurements and Fitting

If there is any problem in the fitting for a garment made to the measurements given or confirmed by you, we will not be responsible for it.

We reserve the right to change the pattern of the dress in case the requested measurements are not provided to us.

The measurements as per the sizes we offer and as per the fittings are mentioned in the help provided and will be mailed to you when you place the order. It cannot be presumed that a particular size refers to a particular measurement.
- Payments

We mainly accept payments through PayPal outside India and CCAvenue in India. All the information you provide them is secured by the PayPal Privacy policy or CCAvenue privacy Policy.

If due to any reason your payment gets void through PayPal or CCAvenue, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or stop it till we receive it through an alternate payment option.

In case the payment is made through a cheque or demand draft it will be subject to realization.
- Discount and Offers

S2 reserves the right to announce or withdraw any discount schemes or offers any time it feels is right.

Any customer having ordered any product before a sale/offer begins will not have the right to claim the difference in the amount of the order.

No two offers or schemes can be combined for the same order.
- Website availability

If due to unavoidable circumstances S2's website is unavailable, S2 will not be liable for any damage caused.
- Reject the Order

S2 reserves the right to cancel any order with or without any explanation. Any amount paid to S2 against that order will be refunded back to the customer within 30 working days.
